My Payment forms disappears from Final Product

I am creating a new form with the payment portion.

It looks good during editing and says it's "connected", but then it disappears on preview and doesn't exist on the final form.

Hi,

We had an issue earlier about missing products but our developers fixed it immediately. 

I cleared your form cache on our server. Please check if the issue still persists.
