Email Autoresponder: Attached files are not able to be opened

    Good evening, can you please check why in my form i cannot attach pdf, name of the form is semeli hotel web check in, thank you

    Greetings Alessandro,

    As I understand, you want to enable PDF attachment to the email notifications. If that's a case, please follow my instructions below:

    1) Under SETTINGS tab, in the EMAILS section to the left, click that edit pen icon:

    2) Then move to the ADVANCED tab and enable PDF Attachment option and click SAVE below:

    thank you for your help, no I want to attach my own pdf to the autorespond email, but the file I receive it doesn’t

    As I check your Jotform, the autoresponder is now attached with a file.

    I have tested this functionality, and I was able to replicate the problem.

    The problem has been forwarded to our Developers, and as soon as we hear back from them we will let you know.

    Hi Lattanzio_Alessandro,

    I have made a dummy submission to test on your form and I can successfully download the attached Covid-19 guideline pdf and view it. Please see the below image as a proof.
