    Paypal Submissions coming through

    Hi,

    I'm recieving paypal notifications but nothing from jotform either by email or on my control panel

    Can you please try setting your form email notification Sender E-mail to noreply@jotform.com.

    To change your form email notification Sender E-mail, click the Reply-To and Recipient Settings button located at the bottom of the compose email window.

    If you are still having trouble receiving the email notification, please contact us again.

    the notifications are working, i don't receive the submission

    Hi,

    Are you perhaps referring to the incomplete payment submissions?

    If the user did not proceed completely on the payment transaction, the submission of the form will end up in the Incomplete Payments box

     

    You might be referring to this as the submissions not being received.

    Its quite important as the person has paid us to use our service but we

    no the payment was successful, we just have no submission from yourselves,
    it not even in the incomplete section either,

    Please set the notification as I suggested to receive future email notification but if are referring to the past submission which did not went though your email, please log in to your Jotform account, select the form and click the submission button.

    I have also generated a report for you to check if the payee name is not included in the submission report which can be found on this link. http://www.jotform.com/grid/31814462558054

    If the payee is not listed in the submission list and you receive a PayPal notification, the user might have directly pay you without filling the form.
