    Please refer to this guide on how to do this.

    You can add multiple graphs and set the Chart data(field) you want displayed on the form.

    I've answered this in more detail to clarify some things in your other thread here http://www.jotform.com/answers/235686-Unable-to-run-a-visual-report#9. In short you need to set up charts for each of the fields you want to display data about in your visual report. At the moment we do not have a feature that combines all of this data into one massive chart for everything and I think that is because it might cause more confusion than it's worth.
