We are not always receiving email notifications from our form submissions

    Several form submissions have been "lost" in that notifications are not being received all the time.  The records show up in the submission database and the submitter generally receives the auto-reply (we think!).  However, there are times when one (or both) of the addresses listed on the notification email do not receive the email.

    I checked your form's notification setup and don't see any issue with that. To ensure the delivery of emails request you to please change your notification's "Sender Email" to "noreply@jotform.com".
