I figured it out but your customer service needs some work. I hope this improves once I'm a customer.

Hi Karen, if our service is declining your credit card that is usually an indicator that something is wrong with your credit card or the information you've entered which can often lead to that problem. If you are trying to Upgrade you can do so from your My Account > Billing Section or also in our Pricing Plans Section then just choose the plan of your choice.

- karenjbrownAnswered on July 01, 2013 at 12:25 PMYes, but part of the problem is that you do not tell folks that cards need to be set up for international transactions. It’s been sort of a waste of time trying to figure that out.
