good morning in our forms we used both email and pdf. this when a customer placed an order. for a few days only the email has arrived and not the PDF. what could have happened? Thanks

Could you let us know on which form are you facing this issue?
Could you check if reintegrating the email and re-enabling the PDF attachment on the email solves the issue?
