Can a form be used to create another form?

I'm wondering if JotForm could replace our club attendance session registers. What we would need is for a session leader to be able to fill a form specifying the type of session. On completion that would trigger the creation of another form that session members can now see and fill out to "join in" on that session with that leader.

There would be multiple sessions active at the same time. The session leader would need to "check in" each member. At the end of their session the session leader would need to close the session and we need to then be able to retrieve that session data later.

I hope that makes sense :)

Please note that there is no automatic way of creating another form based on a submission from another form.

However, with what I understand, you can just create two forms.

One form for the session leader, which after submission will generate a form URL that will prepopulate the session details on the second form.

That prepopulated URL should be the one sent out to members.

On the second form, the session details should then be marked as read-only so members cannot change the values.

After you have gathered all submissions for the second form, you can then filter/search the submissions to indicate which specific session you'd like to retrieve.
