Help to create conditional logic

I have framed condition logic,  in that self assessment question have two question,  if yes appeared in that,  thanks message will show customised message

I am not sure if I understood it correctly, so please correct me if that is the case?

If you want to customize your Thank You page based on a specific answer, then please check this guide:

Basically, you will have to access your form builder, click on Settings > Conditions > New Conditions, and select Change "Thank You" Page. Then, you will be able to establish a condition and customize your message.
