Problem submitting form

After I created my form, I wanted to test it, but after filling out all fields and clicking submit, the Submit button said Please Wait...

I did wait for over an hour and it never went through. Is there a problem on Jot Form's end that is not allowing forms to go through?

May we know which of your forms are you having this issue with? I did try cloning this form: Tulsa SPCA Spay/Neuter Appointment Request  and made a test submission but was not able to replicate the issue.

Otherwise, please provide us the link (or name) of the form you're referring to so we can check.
