I am not receiving an email after the forms have been submitted.

    Hello,

    I have tested both of my forms, and I am not receiving an email with the PDF attachment of the form immediately after submission.  How do I fix this?

    I would like to inform you that, there is a temporary glitch which has been resolved already. Could you please try again and let us know if you are still having the same issue so that we can further investigate.

    Hi Vick_W,

    I had about 18 submissions today and there were no email notifications for any of them.  The only way that we could check live submission status was to stay logged into Jotform on the computer and refresh regularly.  Or to keep the Jotform app open on my cell phone.  However, both the mobile app and the Jotform website would log me out after certain amount of time.  It would be very helpful to have a real time notification that doesn't require me to constantly check the website or the app.  Please let me know.

    I would like you to inform you that, I have sent a test submission on your COVID-19 Pre Screening Questionnaire. Could you please confirm if you have received the test submission.

    Apart from that, kindly follow the guidelines in this help doc which explains about why you are not receiving email notifications.
