    Our account was suspended. Can you please help reinstated it?

    Hi there,

    I have checked your account and it has been suspended because of form 201519101669048. Please note that the collection of bank details in a plain text field is against our Terms of Use.

    You can use any of our payment integrations instead: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

    In order to reactivate your account, we will need to remove these fields from your form, which will delete any submission data that corresponds to those fields.

    Please let us know if we can proceed with this.
