    Hi,

I'm having a problem, periodically emails from submissions dont come through to me. I've looked on the message boards and nothing really tells me why.  Its not in spam, quite simply they sometimes just dont arrive.

Last year I installed the jotform app to overcome this and push notifications were great but they have stopped working to, is there a reason for this, I've checked the phone and its all set up correctly. I even tried reinstalling the app as well.  No joy

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Cheers

    Tim

    Hello Tim,

Unfortunately, I cannot access the logs for that date. I can only access logs for the most recent mail activities. I am afraid there's nothing more I can do with regards to the email sent or not sent on that date. There are a lot of factors that may have affected the delivery of that email.

Also, since it has been such a long time, I couldn't tell whether your notification settings have always been the same. Who knows, it might have been changed during that time.

Anyway, since I have checked the mail logs and everything seems to be ok, I can assure you that your email alerts are working fine. If ever you experience another missing email in the future, please let us know. Thank you for your cooperation.
