Display Message condition not working

    Good afternoon,

    I tried setting the conditional formatting of DISPLAY MESSAGE but it does not seem to appear according to the condition.

    Upon checking, the condition you created would show the display message after you have submitted the form.

    What needs to appear after clicking on Yes? Should it not allow the customer to continue with the form?
