So i have made 2 forms. I am trying to make a form that will sell 1 slot at a time for an event that only has 25 slots. I want them to fill out the registration form and sign it, as it has the waiver in in the form also. Then click on a payment button at the end to direct them to the paypal acct we have for them to purchase the slot. I need it to cut off after 25 have been sold. My problem is i have one form that just doesn't seem right for purchase and the other is a single sale template that i started with from your templates. Is this the one i need to use? and how does it look? how do i finish for the payment? I am stuck?????!!!!!?????

I have cloned your last edited form and made the changes to achieve your requirement. Please take a look at the following cloned form and see if it works as expected: https://www.jotform.com/201521097188960

I have added "Gift Registry" widget in form to set the limit of number of registrations. I have also added "Form Calculation" widget to calculate the amount and passed it on to PayPal Payment tool. The following guides should help you how to achieve this:

    Perform calculation: https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget

Pass calculation to payment field: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field

Feel free to clone this form in your account. The following guide should help you in form cloning: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Once you clone this form, you need to integrate it with your own PayPal account. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

So i cloned it and added the email. i need to change the amount of remaining to 26. How do i do that. Also when previewing it does not take me to a payment spot. I know i need to pay for a subscription for the payment to be active. is this why, or do i need to do something else. I plan to do the silver plan. is there any discounts on it for a first time subscription? Thanks for the help.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Which amount you want to change? Do you mean to say that you want FTR & Sling class amount to set as 26? Please explain your question a bit more in detail and we will try to help you.

In my demo form, I added Paypal standard payment tool where user will be redirected to paypal checkout page after form is submitted. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

Please explain your other question a bit more in detail and we will try to help you.

We will wait for your response.

It was in the Gift Registry box where there was 25 remaining.

After looking again i saw where to change it. It was on the same line with the item description. I changed it to 26. Now, for payment i need to add a pay pal button at the bottom? Is this right? I thought because i entered an email for the Paypal Standard integration button it was set up.  I Need to understand how this works.

Need to get this finished as soon as possible, if i can. Is there a discount on payment for the first time????

    Thanks

As I check your JotForm https://form.jotform.com/201523298571153, I notice that you have already added your PayPal email address to the payment field.

The form seems to be setup correctly. When the form is submitted, the user shall be redirected to PayPal website to complete the payment. Once the payment is done, the submission shall be stored in your account.

    Thanks!

As mentioned by my colleague Ashwin, the PayPal Standard integration will redirect the user to the PayPal payment page upon clicking the submit button, I would recommend you to kindly test your form so you can see how it works.

I'm afraid, we do not have a current promotion, but you may take advantage of the nonprofit or education discounts if you're able to apply.

    Thanks.
