    Help with jotform and fancybox.

    Asked by guisasso on July 01, 2013 at 03:55 PM

    The following fiddle has 2 sample links at first, tehn part of and example form with a link to an image using fancybox.
    it all works fine.

    http://jsfiddle.net/guisasso/5EMxc/

    When  the whole form code is used, the link shows the picture and does not play well with fancybox.

    Can anyone help?

    Hi,

    It is possible there is a script conflict between the form script and your fancybox script.

    Please check this thread. Specifically, review the solution offered by NeilVicente using noconflict script and lightbox at the end.

    It will help us provide you a more appropriate suggestion if you can share to us the URL of your fancybox website where we can check the form in action.

    Hope this help. Please update us.

    Thanks.

    @guisasso

    In addition to Jonathan, this setup should work for you.

    Since jQuery is loaded before the JotForm prototype file, you can simply replace $ with jQuery. Check this article for more details: http://learn.jquery.com/using-jquery-core/avoid-conflicts-other-libraries/, see "Including jQuery Before Other Libraries".

    Thanks!

    EltonCris and Johnatan, thanks to both of you. using jQuery instead of $ fixed all my problems.

    Thanks guys.
