    Hello

I have a form with autoresponder embedded in my website.

I want to assign the form to different users who would have already logged on to the site and pressed a link to get to the form.

As i understand it to assign the form and its submission to a particular user they have to have an account with jot form or login via google.

    my questions are

    a) can the account sign up form be white-labelled to remove Jot Form branding (there is not point paying for a white labelled form if the login is not white labelled). Logging in via google is acceptable as that is commonplace.

    b) What happens to their data if they did open a Jotform account I don't want to be a conduit for delivering my database to jot form for jot form to send emails to them directly

    c) Can i make signing in by Google the only option

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

    a) Yes, white labelling can be done, but only under JotForm Enterprise plan: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/

Here is a related guide: How-to-Use-Custom-Domains-with-JotForm-Enterprise

    b) Even if the form is assigned to them, their submissions are stored in your JotForm account. They will be able to view only their submission in their JotForm account.

    c) Sorry, while creating an account, by default you have the options below:

These options cannot be changed. You can probably instruct the assignee to sign in via Google only.

So what you are saying is that you force MY users to sign up to Jotform by hiding this functionality in the assignee function so that they then "become your client" so you can sell directly to them?

    Hi there,

I'm not sure what you mean by hiding functionality. If you are using the Assign Forms functionality then sign-in is required for security measures.

If you are not happy with this maybe you can tell us a little bit more about what you are trying to achieve and we will see if we can provide you with a suitable workaround.

If you just want to send the form to people, for example, to fill out, you can simply get the direct link and send them in an email.

Let us know if you have any more questions.

    Hi Anita,

I simply want someone to fill out the form (or save and finish filling out the form later) , submit the form in a way that i know Who has filled out the form when i download the report.

As far as i am aware the only way to do that is assigning people to be users of the form.

What i don't want is my users to be forced to sign up to jot form to use the form i have sent them (therefore becoming a lead generator for jot forms marketing department and therefore being subject marketing emails from Jotform to them.

Remember they are not interested in creating forms they are interested in filling out a form that i have sent them and what that form does for them (whether is was created in Jotform or elsewhere)

I am after all paying for a white label solution. Hope that makes sense

    Hi,

it is understandable that you don't want to make every one of your users sign up to JotForm.

If it's for identification purposes only, you could consider adding a Name or an Email Address field at the beginning of your form.

This way you could identify who has submitted the form.

    Would this work for you?
