I integrated but my multiple choice questions are not showing on the google sheet. Why?

May we ask which form you're using?

On your google sheet, the multiple-choice question should show.

I have created an example below:

Please be noted that the options selected for a multiple choice field shall be moved in a single column of the spreadsheet.

Kindly try to reintegrate Google sheets and let us know if the issue still persists.

Thank you for your response. Had to reintegrate google sheets. Fields were
added after the integration of google sheets.
