How to create an approval form with payment?

I'm looking for a contact form including the following features :

1 - Customer send a booking enquiry

2 - The Admin can Approve or Refuse the booking enquiry

3 - If approves : the customer receive a link to complete its payment

Could you tell me if your form includes such king of features ?

To achieve this, you would need to use two forms. One form would have the general information, and the second one will have the information related to the payment.

You would need to add the Get Form Page URL widget to your form and check if the form is currently being edited. If it does, you can show fields for approving the application. If the application is approved, you can use conditional logic to send an additional email with the link to the second form.
