Hi, I have contacted you last week regarding my user name to be changed from MariyaKh to exam-madrid-academy since I realized it appears in the forms personalized URL and this is an account I've created for the school, not for the personal use. It does not allow me to change it myself (screenshot attached).

Can you please indicate where I can see my support tickets? I wasn't able to find it after submitting my question and closing the browser tab.

We have now changed your username to exam_madrid_academy. Please relogin using your new username.
If in case you're using Custom Form URL, make sure to update them to get a new working custom form URL.
