Revert Form to Older Version

Hi,
I am trying to revert my google form to an old version, however, I do not see the option revision history.
I would really appreciate it if you can help me.

thank you for reaching out to us. However, I have checked and you only have a guest account with no form on it.

Can you please share a link with us to the form in question?
