    3. I don't see prompt reply from Jotform support while just using the trial version, also couldn't see the number to contact. I hope its not the case in paid version. In terms of reach and support, is it available for Thailand and SEA? how do you communicate? (via phone, chat or other)

    The lack of support from this company is unbearable now, I have the paid version and no one answers or fixes the reported issues. Imagine my company paying for the gold version (the highest one) and getting this type of support.

    The so called "support team" have answered me with just a few drops of decency, asking me to be patient, that they have escalated the problem, without any answer or fix.

    Won't recommend or continue to use this awful supported platform.

    @acgofamericas

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

    Your issue with the white space at the bottom of your embedded forms was reported to our developers on this support ticket - https://www.jotform.com/answers/2298836

    I inspected one of your embedded forms and I saw that the webpage only has the form's embed code. Your webpage does not have <html> <head> and <body> tags. You need to add them to your webpage. To make the form responsive you also need to add the following meta tag in the <head> section of your page.

    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">

    The form should be added inside of the <body> tag.

    The HTML of your webpage should look like this:

    <!DOCTYPE html>

    <head>

      <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">

    </head>

    <body>

    Form's embed code

    </body>

    </html>
