Im not getting my password reset

    i can't get into my jotform. im not getting my password reset

    at my gmail account. Is it going to my gmail or amanda@halomedspaabq.com?

    Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.

    As per checking on our system, the accounts associated with the email address amandas88a@gmail.com and amanda@halomedspaabq.com are both a guest account. You need to create an account so that your forms would be seen again. Make sure to use the same email address you used for your guess account.
