I am not receiving the forms in my email

I made a form today, but I do not why, I can not see the forms completed in my email.

Can you help please?

Your Email Notification is conditional, but the condition is not set properly. Because of that, you did not receive the email when your form was submitted.

You should fix your condition or delete it if you want to receive an email each time your form is submitted.
