Hi - I have created a form with a lot of content for clients to read, then sign at the bottom. When we get submissions, all of the content is not there - just the signature. We want context with this information and need to have all of the content + signature for our records. How can I fix this?

Thanks for contacting us. To include the Text Fields on your email notifications, you have to manually copy/paste them in your Notification email template.

Thanks for the quick reply, but I do not mean text field/email notifications. I mean that we are sending a WAIVER to be read and signed by our clients. When we get the completed form back, all we receive is the signature/name filled out. We are not getting our form content. We want to see the entire form, including the completed/signed portion by our clients. Is this possible? Thank you!

    Hi,

I was referring to these header fields on your form.

If you want these text to be visible on the email, you have to enter them manually on the email template.

Something else you can do is replace those Headers with paragraph fields. Create a custom PDF form, and enable PDF attachment on the Notifications Advanced Settings so every time someone submits a form you receive a PDF attachment containing the Terms.
