orders not coming through email

    I am missing several emails that are not coming through my email but they are out here under submissions. They are not getting caught in my junk/spam either.


    for instance transaction ID 201257875221150 did not come to my email. I have had several others but i have this id in front of me.

    Hi @Vaccarosproduce!

    Can you please provide the specific submission IDs? The ID that you have provided is the ID of the form itself (Vaccaro & Sons Produce O'Fallon Order Form). Here is the guide on how to get the submission ID: Where-to-Find-the-Submission-ID.

    I have inspected our mail logs and can see that the notifications were triggered for the 3 submissions received for that form today. I have underlined them, they correspond to the last 3 submissions in your Submissions page.
