We cannot log in to our application https://form.jotformeu.com/201264947699369
We emailed to reset the password but this has not been sent (not in spam).

Apologies for the inconvenience, I checked the email logs as well and no password reset email was initiated and sent too.
Using the email address on this support ticket which is a guest account as well as the email address on the main account, and both of those email addresses are not on the bounce list.

Kindly have your email provider whitelist JotForm and make a new password request.
