Payment form stopped working

    Hello, I have a payment form on my website and a customer paid an invoice but it never went through. I did a test by paying $5 to myself and it also didn't go through. I didn't get an email saying the payment went through, nor did the payment go into the account it should have gone into. Can you help?

    Is anyone monitoring these questions? I've posted this over 2 hours ago and have not received a response. This is very important!  Most of the questions posted less than 2 hours ago have been answered.
