    We changed the plan from a yearly Silver to a yearly bronze. Can you let us know the status of the refund on the payment please. Thank You

    We have now processed a partial refund from your Silver Yearly payment. Please expect the refund to reflect in your bank account within 3 to 5 days. Your account stays on the Bronze plan.
