I need a refund, charged for Silver but only have Bronze plan

    Hello,


    I sent an email to support@jotform.com on 5/7/20 to request a refund as I was charged for the Silver Plan, even after I had downgraded my plan to the Bronze level. The contact phone number listed on the email does not work (1.415.415.4154) and I haven't received any communication back regarding my email. Please contact me as soon as possible to process the refund for the difference.

    I can see you were on the silver plan which was renewed, I can see you then switched to the bronze monthly plan which used the paid amount for the silver renewal. 

    Now, I went ahead and refunded the unused time of the silver plan, this should be reflected within 5-10 business days. Your account is currently on the bronze yearly plan.
