Form Design is not showing up correctly in Preview or Embed

In my Untamed Assessment Funnel, I've updated the Form Designer to have a white background, but it's still showing up as the old color (blue) in the Preview and when I Embed it on my website.

 Also, how do I remove the profile icon in the top right corner of my form?

I have cloned your form and it seems like it is working fine in my end (see attached screenshot).

I already cleared your form cache. I suggest that you also clear your browser cache. How to Clear Your History in Any Browser

The profile icon will only be removed once you logged out to your account and browse the form as a guest.
