Narrative field problems on multiple browsers

    One of our customers continues to receive the error attached when on the form linked below. He has utilized multiple different browsers. Please advise.

    Please ask the customer to try accessing the form through a different internet connection if possible. There is a chance that the sub-domain that is used by some of the widgets is blocked on the customer's end.

    The issue with the narrative field does not seem to have resolved itself & now it seems others have also encountered the same thing. Is there a work around?

    As I check the form, the widget seems to be working fine at my end.

    Are you able to replicate the issue at your end? The issue may be related to the specific user's PC with anti-virus or ISP blocking JotForm. Also, let us know if the form is embedded on any of your web pages and experiencing the issue.
