Validation to ensure multiple checkboxes are checked

I have a consent form, and users have to check multiple boxes.

I can prepopulate them as all checked, but I want them to explicitly check each.

Is there any way to validate multiple checkboxes? I don't see that under the "Advanced" section of the form (where it usually is).

You can enable the entry limits so that you are sure that the all checkbox are selected. If you have a total of 5 selections, you can set the minimum to 5 and maximum to 5.
