How do we also get the tax exemption recognized and a refund of the tax paid?

I previously applied for and received non-profit status for our organization.  I purchased a subscription today but was charged sales tax.  How do we also get the tax exemption recognized and a refund of the tax paid?

Please note that the tax is charged by the payment processor and not JotForm. Let me get in touch with our billing team regarding this and I'll revert.

We have now refunded the $11.88 Sales tax that was charged on your subscription. The refund could take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your card. 

We are also in touch with Stripe to check how to prevent further tax charges on your account. We'll update you on the status.
