Cannot log in, it keeps telling me it is the wrong password

    I keep trying to log into my account, but it keeps telling me it is the wrong password, it isn't. I have tried to then reset the password, but I do not get an email to reset. i really need to access my account.

    Hi, it seems like your account username "MacPherson_Dana", which is registered under your email address, was deleted. We have reactivated it. Please try to log in, or reset your password again: https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password
