    Greetings,

For some reason I cannot uplaod a pdf so I created a template from scratch but when people sign the form, I only get emailed to me the fillable areas and not the full form signed.

I attached a screen shot of the error message. Do you know why it is not uploading the form?

Or if I have to work with the one I made from scratch, how can I make it be a pdf when the people sign it and send it to me?

Kindly note that static text is not included on the email, but you may manually include the text on your email by editing the email content, this guide will help you to do so: https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders

Regarding the error message you receive while trying to import your PDF form, note that our PDF converter will only accept valid PDF fillable documents, it's possible that the converter could not identify fillable sections on your document thus failed to import it.

Your image with the error did not reach this ticket, but you may upload any images following this guide: How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum
