Email response justifies to the right.

    When receiving an email response for a Jotform justifies to the right.  How do we correct?

    Unfortunately, I'm unable to locate your account with your email. Can you please share to us the form url in question?

    Based on your screenshot, it looks like you are opening the email via outlook email app. Can you please confirm if it's justifies to the right if you open the email via web interface?

    In this case, I can see that the email is using the correct template, you can check the email here

    In order to resolve the issue please create a new notification email so we can override any issue with the Email Template, guide: Setting-up-Email-Notifications.
