Why am I getting recurring email notifications?

    I have one user who submitted a form and both she and I are receiving multiple submission notifications, even though she's only completed that form once today. How do I stop this?

    Could you please confirm if multiple submissions have also been generated? If it is just the Notifications, please try creating one notification per recipient, so the conditions you have created will point to one notifier only.

    Yes it is the Screening Form ending 80149. So far multiple notifications of
    a single form entry have been generated for 4 people who submitted only one
    time. The repeat notification looks like it was just submitted but it
    arrives hours or a full day later. As far as I know we only have it set to
    send a single notification per entry. I did set up conditions so that the
    team member who verifies the form before submission would get a copy of the
    notification. Are you saying to delete my conditions? We will probably have
    between 30-40 forms submitted every day on this screening form for the
    foreseeable future so I want to be sure we figure out what the problem is
    because otherwise we will be overwhelmed with forms.

    Thank you for the information.

    We appreciate that you have reported this.

    Your account is under HIPAA and we cannot access to view your form or submission.

    May you please let us know if you are experiencing the issue with one form only?

    I cleared your form cache on our server.

    I have also cloned your form on our HIPAA account, checked your settings it is configured properly. You also do not have any email condition that will trigger any duplicate email.

    Kindly also try re-creating a new notification email.

    Could you please test it again and let us know if the issue still persists?
