Setting My account up

    Hello My name is Tim and I have been using jotform for some time now, I can not reset my password! I forgot what it was and requested reset instructions. I then followed the instructions with no success. I got a 116 error. This is the second time I am contacting you guys. Please get back to me with instructions on how to get back into my account!

    Hi Tim,

    You must be currently logged in if you are able to post under this username.  Can you try going to this page:

    http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/

    If the page shows your account details then everything is fine - just enter a new password there. If you are redirected to the main page and the message near the login box reads "Welcome guest..." then something is wrong with your account.  Try clicking the Forgot Password button there. 

    You shouldn't need to do a reset if you are already logged in.  But please let me know if you are still having difficulties.  Also if you are still having problems, can you tell me when you get the 116 error?  Is it after you request the reset or after you click the link in the email?  Any information will help us.
