Missing/ delayed Monday integrations

    Hi guys,

    Our Jotform/ Monday integration has been working pretty well. But last night we had three submissions come through that haven't populated in our Monday board. Last week we had a couple that were very delayed but eventually came through, whilst others came through immediately even whilst some were delayed. 

    Do you know the reason for this and can you help? We are expecting a high volume of submissions and worried that this will keep happening.

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused. 

    I have been checking your form and it seems like the integration is correctly configured, I would recommend you to kindly check the following: 

    - You have mapped some fields that are not required on your form and are empty on the submissions, you can check if the fields on Monday.com are not required, otherwise the fields will require to receive an input, so you may either set the fields as required on your form or set them as not required on Monday.com. 

    - Kindly check if the field types you have mapped are the same on both ends, Jotform and Monday.com. 

    I've also cleared your forms cache, feel free to test your form and inform us if the issue persists, kindly provide the submission data where the issue happens too so we can check this further on our end.

    Everything is working and the required fields are populating new items in Monday. We've had forms coming through successfully this morning. However it was just a one hour period last night between about 9pm - 1030pm that three applications did not integrate and still have not updated. I want to check whether there is anything time based that might affect the integration in the future if everything is otherwise working?

    I am glad to know that the Monday.com integration is now working as expected. There was no issue with the integration yesterday. 

    I would suggest you to monitor your submission and get back to us if you see this issue again, we will escalate it to our backend team.
