Account Suspended PRHRHTH

    Good Afternoon,


    We tried to log into our account and it says that our account was suspended due to your phishing policies.


    Can you please advise and reactivate our account?

    Hi Rebecca - Unfortunately, I can't seem to locate an account associated with the email you used to open this Support Ticket. Kindly share with us the username/email of the account you're referring to and we'll be happy to check it for you.

    Apologies. I may have overlooked the username mentioned in the ticket title.

    Your account PRHRHTH is currently suspended as your form 200432514523846 was found collecting IDs which is considered phishing and against our Terms of Use.

    If you are collecting it from your customers and not the general public, then we can make you an exception. However, we would need to require you to add (1) Terms & Conditions Widget and (2) Signature Widget on your form.

    These widgets would make you the sole responsible for the collection and handling of your customers' data.

    I can see that you already have both on your form. However, the Terms & Conditions should be in Widget form and not in plain text. 

    Moreover, kindly note that we need to remove the offending fields in order to reactivate your account. You can add it back but be sure to add the mandatory widgets to avoid further suspensions in the future.

    Let us know if you agree with our terms and we will delete the offending fields then re-activate your account.

    Thanks for your swift reply. We’re using the forms for onboarding purposes so the links are only provided to our successful job applicants. 

    Please find this as written evidence that we agree with your terms and once reactivated I’ll reinstate the Terms and Conditions as a widget as advised. 

    I just wanted to clarify how come only that one form is under suspicion as our other forms are basically carbon copies?

    We have an anti-phishing system that automatically suspends accounts with suspicious form-fields. It only needs to see one suspicious form to trigger a suspension.

    Thanks for letting us know that the rest of your forms are just carbon copies of the mentioned form. Kindly add both widgets to them as well to prevent further suspensions in the future.

    Hey Sonnyfer I just amended the form https://form.jotform.com/200432514523846 so would you be able to check and see if it passes and then I can proceed to update the other forms?
