issue with lost submission

    Hi there,


    My client filled out this questionnaire a while ago and her submission originally saved fine and now I can't access it at all?

    There are meant to be around 10 questions and they have all been answered and submitted.

    This is a very important submission that must be restored to my account.


    Can you please let me know what's happened?

    Hey Andy!

    Happy to help you today.

    I would like to inform you that, after reviewing your form New Client Kick-Starter Survey it looks like there is only one submission available. Did you delete rest of the submissions recently, if yes than I am afraid, those submissions are not restorable. The only way you can trace those submissions are from in your emails since you must have received email notification for every single submissions you received through emails.
