Why are my subtotal fields, filled with the customer name instead of the amount?

Hi I seem to have an issue with one customer, when i generate the submission details it shows her name in several fields instead of the calculated figure for subtotals. I dont have this issue with any other customer. Is there a way to edit the submission details so i can generate a pdf report for her?

I would like to inform you that, I have just submitted a test submission having name as John Smith. Could you please confirm if you are still having the same issue?

Also please confirm if name is being shown in every submission you receive or just one one submissions.

I am not having the same issues. The name being shown was only for 1 particular submission, when i went in to edit her form everything seemed normal tho, but the generation of the submission filled the values with her name instead. 

The rest of my submissions are fine, just wondering why this happened and what I can do if it happens again in the future or even how can i prevent it?

Alright so the submission I sent as a test went fine so most probably it was a temporary glitch which has been fixed. I am pretty sure you will not receive any further issues.
