Appointment field is not showing the available slots

    I believe, you are referring to the form "201211471863346". If yes, I can see that you have hidden this field on the form.

    Please let us know what exact part of the field is not working so that we could investigate further.

    Yes the form number is correct. When the field is shown all future dates are grey and the user cannot choose any date.

    This is the second time I have problem with this form. It is totally unacceptable for such a crucial for my clients form to stop working for so many hours.
