Is it possible to display a YouTube video and multiple choice questions on the same page of card forms?

Hey, is there any way in which I can embed a set of multiple choice questions with a youtube video?
So have the questions immediately below the youtube video (in one question per page view).

We are sorry that it is not possible to display YouTube video along with multiple choice field on the same page of card form. You may consider creating multi-page form with classic layout by adding page breaks to achieve your requirement. Please see the guide below that can help you with this.
