We can change the username for you. However, please have in mind that Custom URLs names (ie:http://www.jotform.com/matt_edwards/myform) will not work once we change the account username. But it is easily fixable by setting up a new one with the new username. Direct form links like http://jotformpro.com/form/31370599803964 will be fine.
