Scheduled Reminders not being received on scheduled time.

    I have scheduled reminder Dimock Detox Weekly Form set up to be sent out on Monday's at 7:00 am but they are not being received at that time.  I am however receiving multipule reminders of that form (10) at 9:00 pm at night.  

    Can't figure out why?

    Would love to talk by phone to see what I 'm doing wrong.

    Hello Jack,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I have checked your scheduled reminder recipient email jack.nolan@pinestreetinn.org in our email logs and did not find any deliverability issues neither found in our email bounce list so clearly, it means the reminder is being received.

    Kindly please also check your spam folder as it may incorrectly end up there and lastly please try Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains.

    Can you let me know why would I have received 10 notifications last night at 9:00 pm but none at 7:00am? This is the only form that Im having trouble with receiving.

    Hi,

    I'm sorry but I'm not quite sure why you did not receive notifications around that time but I went ahead and send a test submission on a copy of your form and immediately I received the email notification without any problem so I can very well say that everything should working fine now.


    Please let us know should you encounter such issue again.
