How to register for a guarantee for the product I've purchased?

I will try and contact Amazon, but the guarantee surely comes from the
product manufacturer rather than the supplier. Please do not push me aside
as it clearly shows a 10 year guarantee on the spade and fork, which is a
guarantee from Spear & Jackson. i just need a guarantee registration,
which cannot be difficult for you to provide

No its not clear what you mean. Why are you referring to a form and who is
a form owner - what does this mean? I simply want to register a guantee
for two Spear & Jackson products. Do I use a Jot Form to do so or not. If
not, do I do it with Spear & Jackson diect or with Amazon?.
