Account Suspended

    Hi,

    I signed up to give your service a try and before I could try anything I have been suspended.

    The only thing I did was click to import from Formstack... Your system told me to do it so I don't know why that would have got me suspended?

    Please help

    Hi Michael,

    Thank you for contacting Support.

    Upon review of your account, it was found automatically suspended by our Phishing Detector Tool (auto suspended) due to forms: https://www.jotform.com/form/201533553563351 & https://www.jotform.com/form/201533295922353requesting a password in plain field texts.

    Gathering this type of data infringes on our Terms of Use.

    Asking for an access code to conditionally show/hide fields within your form is okay. However, you should refrain from using "Password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Kindly change it to something similar to an "access code". Other than that, no other kinds of passwords or user credentials are allowed to be collected.

    We can reactivate the account but we need to delete these fields first and ensure that you agree with our Terms.
