Account locked for a second time

    Hi, I was having problems with my account being locked yesterday, but the issue was resolved. Today, I am having the same problem again. Please advise.

    Hi @Joel Daugherty,

    We apologize for the inconvenienceHIPAA compliance accounts are usually locked out after multiple failed login attempts. If you recently reset your password, please make sure you are using the most updated one. I have now reactivated and flushed your login attempts, and you should be able to login now.
